This is a buddy's car:
1965 Ford Mustang Fastback 2+2 project for sale. Original "A" code 289 4 barrel. Has been off the road since 1973 when it was in an accident (left rear corner). At that time a left rear section was bought at a salvage yard. The fastback is an original rangoon red car. Originally an automatic, but set up for a 4 speed. I have the original engine. I was told it is rebuilt. Heads are off and also rebuilt. Have the 4 barrel intake and original 4v carb. I do have a 4 speed that I have picked up for the project along with the correct 65 dual piston disc brake set up. Tires and wheels are recent and still like new. I have most of the parts and will work on gathering them this week. I have new dynacorn full rear quarters and a new steel frame shelby fiberglass hood. In the process of taking pictures and will add a link to plenty of pictures. There is some rust, however minimal compare to any other Mustang I ever came across. Please serious only. $8500
See pictures here. More to come.
