I have an early Feb 1968 rebuilt 428 cobra jet motor for sale. It just came back from the shop. I am not a motor guy, but what I was told was it is a perfect block, now 30 over and 10 on the crank, with a set of completely rebuilt CJ heads, with harden seats for use with unleaded gas. This motor came out of a 68 shelby and it still has the original shelby value covers and air cleaner. I want $4500 for everything, and I live near Sacramento ca. Thanks

I am interested in this engine. Can you give me some more details? (does it have a fly wheel or a flex plate?) I know you said $4500 for everything, but what does that include? (carb, intake manifold, pulleys, brackets, distributor, etc) Do you have any pictures? Feel free to pm or e-mail me if you don't wish to respond over the forum. I look forward to your reply.
