According to original owner of a 69 mach 1 i had. the car he bought new had a 2 barrel on it and he wanted a 4 barrel, so he talked the dealership into putting a 4 barrrel on it, so this intake and carb is what they put on it. this aluminum intake is painted blue and has casting #C9OX-9424, the tag on the carb is missing, but its supposed to be the correct carb for a 69, looks like it must have been rebuilt at some point in its life, since it has a sticker on it that says "factory tested" . carb probably needs a kit since it has been on my shelf for a few years $300.00 for the intake and carb.
