Great job. Once you get the pieces installed it makes a huge visual difference, doesn't it?! I just started on the floors on my '66 coupe this past weekend. I'm hoping to have mine done over my next weekend (fear not, I work 4-10's so my "weekends" are 3 days long!).

I'd strongly urge you to reconsider using the plastic "hats" in the cowl. If not properly treated, the remaining metal will continue to rust out. The plastic should be consider a temporary patch only. Since you've already gone to the repair lengths you have with the floors, why risk a leak and your new pans rusting? Just food for thought. Again, great job!
