It resets on the first pump, just doesn't start with it.

You mean out of the fuel bowl? If I turn it over and pump it is actually worse. That usually results in screwing up the choke and it makes it not sit on the fast idle cam. When I give it the 10 pumps (or so) it starts right up and fast idles the way it supposed to.
