I'm guessing you would lose all functionality of the trunk when the FB roof is on it. Otherwise, the FB roof would look all out of proportion. Also, the hodge-podge of parts around the rear seat area is distracting. Coupe inner quarters with CV inners patched on top of them and then hacked up so the lower coupe seat will fit under them. That's going to look strange when someone sits on it and there is a huge gap. Then, you get FB side windows. The car lacks identity and will be tough to really do anything with. No top means you can't expect to take it out on a day that might get a surprise sprinkle. No real functionality if you take it out like a FB, since it lacks the true class of the fold down seat people expect to see under that huge glass window.
He's a great body man and would have better put his skills to work building a CV and a FB rather than a fastvertoupe.
