On the 64 1/2/65 you could order the accent package. Among other things you got the pinstripe around the side recess and the chrome gee gaw deleted
from the quarter. That's why I ordered my 64 1/2 with accent groupe (see my sig pic). It was to delete the chome gee gaw from the quarter(s)

I believe a similar option was availible for 66.

manual top. Regretfully sold in '66 for larger car.

'68 vert. driver. Owned since '77. 289 AT, AC, PS, PB, PT lime gold, standard black interior and top.
