Unless I am mistaken, the 2.95 first gear ratio is only in the T5z's. I too have that tranny with 3.89 and love it. I am sure that 3.73 would rock too. I am also sure I would not like the 3.35 first gear ratio. The 2.95 seems tall enough. You won't like this but I recommend buying a new T5z.
