70 Hood Moulding reinforce strip

I need a good useable strip that reinforces the front hood mldg. Its a small metal strip on the front of all 70 Hoods, falls off if you take the hood peak trim off

Jim, that part is not presently being recreated, as far as I have seen. However, I have 3-D modeled and created a drawing of it for Scott Hollenbeck over on the 428cj.com Forum. If you can't find one, I can see about getting some made.

I've looked into reproducing the part, but there's a bit of a problem. I'd have to have a pretty big number of them made to get the cost down to what people say they're willing to pay. I'm not sure the investment is worth it unless I can hook up with someone who can help move the inventory.
