My brothers 69 rimbow in missing the horn rings in the bottom of the wheel.This is the part that makes contact with the steering column cam.
If someone has a totally trashed wheel with this part that would be ideal. Will not work off a standard wheel.

It is if it's off a rimblow wheel. The standard wheels are different.

Do you have a picture of the other side? Then I'll know for sure.

CRAP!!That one is off a standard wheel. The rimblow does not have an access hole for the long piece of metal you see on the outer ring on the right side. The screw mounting points are different too.
