Correct Black For Lower A/C Vent Bezel

I am restoring my air conditioning bezels in my 69 Mach 1. Am I correct painting the lower A/C ball vent bezels a flat black? That's what it appears but hard to tell. Thanks

I know the lower dash and a lot of the plastic items were DARK CHARCOAL METALLIC, but I'm not sure about the A/C vents. It's possible they are the same to keep a uniform look.
