Bendix and Midland-Ross Booster Parts Interchangeable?

I have a Bendix brake booster.

I have a freshly re-built Midland Ross brake booster.
But! The Midland doesn't have the input rod (connects to brake pedal assy.) or the output rod (connects to the master cylinder)...

"Can I just remove the input and output rods from my Bendix and use them on the Midland unit?"

Ford IM manual says booster was removed as a unit (with both rods) so there was no "swapping over" parts prior to install... All new ones show them already on (both Bendix and Midland).

So I would assume NOT, but I really hope someone can say I CAN do it...

>< fingers crossed...

In the January 1967 version of the MPC...

2377 Rod - Power Brake Booster Push

Mustang and Falcon use C7TZ-2377-B; 3-1/16" long
Ford (Galaxie) Drum Bendix use C6AZ-2377-A
Ford (Galaxie) Disc Bendix use C6AZ-2377-B

It is interesting that the Galaxie calls out Bendix but the Mustang/Falcon don't specify any supplier.

2A385 Plunger Assembly - Power Brake Booster

Galaxie (Midland-Ross) use C5AZ-2A385-A; 2-23/32" long
Mustang/Fairlane/Falcon (Midland-Ross) use C6SZ-2A385-A; 2.69" long

Again no note regarding Bendix.
