unable to link to new avatar and uploadable size is only 6b not 6kb....

this is what I get when trying to upload an avatar

The following problems were found with this form:

The avatar was not uploaded. Often this is because the avatar upload directory is not writable on the server. Notify the site administrator of the issue.

The folder is writeable I checked it again. It might have to do with the max allowed bytes per avatar. Let me check this with Bob and sort that permission out.

I was using the "URL to Image File" option like with the old forum and I also get the same error message.

I was under the assumption that this option was to link to the image, not upload it to the forum.
