While zippin across town this morning on I-10 I saw this guy coming out of the airport rental center. I had to catch up with the guy, he wasn't doggin it. Once he saw I was taking pics he ham'd it a little. I was surprised at how quiet the exhaust was. It was all engine noise. It did climb from 65-85 pretty good. The pics are not the best, I was holding 70 while shooting. I liked the stance, the Shelby drop looks good.

That's not a "Shelby Drop" on the new ones. They have the FRPP "Handling Pack" which lowers the car by 1.5"

We had 2 of them at our show last Sunday. At $250 a pop (per day), it's a little expensive for me. They are pretty cool.

These cars are going to beat to hell within a year. The one I saw this morning was backfiring everytime the guy backed off the gas after flying by me....

Are the hood pins functional or just for show?

I saw two different GT-H's while driving home from Monterey last Friday. Only in passing, but I thought they looked pretty cool........hmm I wonder why.

Saw one on my way over to Miami last weekend. Guy was doing 65 in a 70. They have the FRPP performance 2 package on there which has a "throatier" exhaust, high perf oil filter, cold air intake and a computer retune. I like the side scoops and the hood with the hood pins. I will probably be ordering those parts for my 06 sometime in august. They're only pushing 20 more hp than a stock GT. Darn good lookin cars but I dont know that I would blow $250 a day to drive an automatic.

They're all automatics.

This one was at our Pony Trails event two weeks ago.

Sorry to slow down the download times...but I wanted to share the care I was going to rent until Hertz was set to charge me $350/day.
