I think if I had to settle for something less than my 65 or 66 Mustangs.I guess I would settle for an A/C Cobra preferabbly a 289 car,I guess If I was really hard up I'd settle for a Cobra Daytona coupe.
There were a few I didn't buy that made me sick, especially since I'm a Mopar guy that converted to the dark side. Passed on a really solid 70 Cuda vert for $5000 in 2001. I know there were several more, but the running/driving solid '68 Formula S 340 Cuda fastback with PDB, PS, AC, 4spd $3500 just p!sses me off when I think about it now. There was also a similar 65 b'cuda for the same money as well as a similar 65 Mustang FB in 2004.
I'm a big fat dummy.

Cobra 5.0L & AOD swap, here we come.
I currently have a 1930 Model A I bought in 1969 when I lived in LA, my first car, and still have it.
I wish I had back my 1959 and 1962 Alfa Guilietta Sprint cars back. The 1959 had a 1288 CC engine sleeved to 1400, with 4 Weber carbs and a GM supercharger. The "official" speed of the car, measured on 3 laps at the Ontario Motor Speedway through the traps was 155.9 MPH.
One of these;
1967 GTA S-Code Fairlane
1965 GTO Tri Power
1968 High Country Special Mustang
My High School Car back (1967 Lime Gold GTA S-Code Fastback)
I have a whole list of cars that I'd love to own one day. I'd have to say that it's a three way tie for the top of the list between 37 Ford two door sedan with a hump back trunk, a 67 Fairlane two door, or a 56 F100 big window pickup.
