Hey,how about a side of beef on my car rotisserie over a propane burner?

All kidding aside,that article has some excellent safety advice that anyone frying their turkey needs to read.

One big mistake is not turning off the burner flame while you lower in the bird. Splatterig oil and open flame are not good. Once the bird's submerged, turn it back on.
