Wow that's a bummer, I occasionaly saw some of his ads while looking at the classifieds and he had some interesting items for sale,

Hmm, that's in my neck of the woods, as for the type of town...lets just say that Phil Simms, ex Giants QB, lives in Franklin Lakes if that gives you any indication of the breakdown of the town.

As tony is a lawyer I do not find it necessary to explain contract law.
I will supply them with ALL the information that I have regarding this issue.

Well, I have been following this with not a small amount of interest. I've never dealt with this scumbag but I know he's jerked around a lot of good people.

I wasnt chiming in but I have too.
This guys parts were shipped many months ago back when I worked at a company that allowed me to ship from their office in Franklin Lakes, NJ. If I could have tracked his stuff after many months (and no longer working for the company) I would have but certainly not the way he thinks he calls me out. This is not a good guy "gulf Tango fiver" leaving threatening Voice mails, cueing in phrases from songs that are threatening, etc."
I have warned him as of 3/30/12 at 10 PM EST (both here and another site) that any further harrassment and I will advise the necessary authorities.
As for the rest of the VMF community, I thank those who have supported me, I have met many heros and I guess there are some zeros along the way. If I have ever hurt or offended/Mea Culpa/ signing out on this topic now and forever.
