Purchased NOS rocker mouldings and he never shipped, has now refused to contact me, so I'm calling him out.

Open a complaint with ebay, if you used paypal you should be able to get your money back, been there!

I did some work at his house years back, didn't have any problems. I do know at one point he had a lot of problems with his father dieing and a contractor totally fubaring his house to the point it wasn't livable. That was in the past, don't know what's going on now. Back then he was lawyer for an insurance company.

Open a complaint with your credit card company. I had a problem with a credit from a vendor that never showed up on my statement. Vendor kept saying that he sent the credit and offered no help. I contacted my credit card company who did a chargeback to the vendor. Vendor called me promptly to resolve the problem.

Indefensible people. 45 days? The mans track record speaks for itself. A mans word means nothing these days. Who died this time? Freaking ridiculous.

Well I finally got a number that works 201-961-3433.

Left a message on Saturday afternoon, no response yet.

I did a lot of data mining on this guy; only thing I can be sure of is a "poor Tony" story will eventually surface.

Well I hope you get your money back... I'm going to keep my opinion of Lawyers to myself... Because I'm sure there are some lawyer that use this site and don't want to offend anybody...
