And it just keeps going on like this.

"Any interest in a trade for a Chevy conversion van?"

No, not at all...

Someone at least stopped by to look at the Falcon this week, but he was going to get his cousin to look at it, so I don't know what will happen. This is hard.

Don't loose hope. I, personally, would pull the ad until late Jan/Feb. Pretty soon, xmas will be here and everyone will be broke.

List it again in late Jan/Feb when those tax returns start rolling in and I guarantee you will get more bites. Sold my last three vehicles for asking price in feb. Tried selling them in other parts of the year and got nothing. Relisted in feb and three hits in a row. I'm lining up to make it a four-peat this coming feb.

March is also good because the weather starts to warm up and people start dreaming of driving around the grassy countryside. We refer to March-May as "Motorcycle selling season"

Several years ago, there was a guy in Hollywood, Fl. that had a 66 Shelby. Other than big flares on tht rear
1/4's it was pretty close. So the guy must have had at least.. say 20 inquiries!! So...an unassuming guy who had a so-so body shop, must have been no. 21! Not only did he get the Shelby, but, loading up the Shelby on a trailer, the guy came out and said he almost forget some stuff that went with the car! How about 2 red oxide 66 Mustang rear 1/4's!! Maybe..... maybe a change in his life, made selling necessary.

"Trade for an '86 Jaguar?"

No....please, you're all killing me. Just stop.

88cougargt, I may have to wait until next year for more interest. I believe I have been advertising this car since the spring.

And it continues:

Trade a '63 Falcon Futura for a rusty '85 El Camino with a 454? Am I sporting a mullet and missing teeth?
