No, no I do not. Do I look like Richard Petty or some lowrider fan?

Stupid Question. Did someone actually ask you this?
I had a guy stalking my mustang. He kept offering me 16k. I kept telling him to f-off it's not for sale. I told him, even if it was for sale, he was 10-12k off a price I would even concider. I must have told him NO, 20 times on 3 different occations.
I wonder sometimes. What the heck is wrong with some people?

No.
He said he wanted it for his teenage son. He said money was no object. So I told him to go get 28k in cash and we would talk. LOL. Funny thing is, MR. money is no object, did not come back.
I know my car may not be worth that, but if someone wants to buy it for big money I will take it. Then I will go buy another 69 sportsroof.

Yes. Someone thought that it would be worth their time to even email me such a question. What an idiot. I prefer the '82 Grand Prix.

About 15 years ago I had a classic mini pickup for sale for ages in the states. Wanted 9k USD. Could not sell it. I ended up trading it for a car I sold almost immediately. The guy who got the truck was at a stoplight and some guy asked him how much, he said 15k! The guy said he would take it. My buddy laughed and said where he worked. The guy shows up with cash! Later in the day. Seems he was a lottery winner. Is this true? Yep as my name was still on the title as my buddy never transferred it. My buddy found out later the guy resold it for 20k. So there are nutty buyers on both sides

I also had a project classic mini for sale at one time for 2500 dollars (this was when minis were 5k plus)a guy called and came by. He went over the car with a fine tooth comb. I put it on the lift for him and he looked some more. After about two hours he came to the front door, said thanks and left. Three weeks later after it been put on eBay and sold he showed up at the house and reminded me who he was and said he was there to collect the car he viewed. I told him it was sold and gone. He got arsy and said he wanted itbutisaid had to raise the money. I told him that this bit of information may have been enlightening if he had told me

Selling cars is never Fun and can be sometimes maddening

And I never sell them to family or friends because I always feel guilty if it breaks down soon after they buy it.

It probably doesn't work as well now but get the nag's home number and call his wife. That usually stops the nagging.

No! I don't want an '84 Hurst Olds either! I'm not trading a classic Ford for an 80's shoebox!

Doesn't anyone have a Model A coupe they don't want? Or a 68-72 VW Bus? This is tough.
