Default Daughter just got engaged!

My daughter Kristy just walked into our house wearing her new engagement ring. Carol and I are very excited. Her fiancé Peter, is a great guy. He came and asked us about a month ago, which definitely impressed us. The last of our kids is getting married.

When he asked for your permission, you should have replied with,
"Let's see how well you detail my Mustang first" LOL

Congratulations...
Soon there'll be more room for car parts !

Wow, this is the third on one the forum this week. My daughter was last Wednesday. But future Son in Law didn't ask me, but nor did I ask my Father in Law. Of course I knew he would say no, so it didn't really matter!

Congrats!

Nice. Congrats!

It's always the classy move to ask the parents. I'm surprised he did. Seems like the newer generations are getting away from basic manners, let alone something as formal as permission to marry!
