If the interviewer uses it first, then "ya'll" is fair game.

Yeah yeah, She actually picked on me in the interview because of my accent. although I dont believe I actually said yall. But the bossman is from the same area that I am and went to the same college I did. So I reckon he understood what I was saying. Reckon, thats another one I get called on.
