Default Selling Harley for Mustang Money

I NEVER thought I'd do this, and it will mess up my on-line name... but I'm actually selling the Harley to get more coin for the Mustang. Looking to rebuild engine, update suspention front and rear, and detail engine bay.

Any one else go through this? Am I nuts?

My 1966 will be 'almost' where I want it when done with this round of updates. Next I'll be buying sheet metal and getting ready for paint.

I've been trying to sell everything that I don't need to get rid of stuff and have more money. I've been trying to sell my '63 Falcon so I can put a little money towards the Mustang. Three classics in need of maintenance and restoration is way too much at this point.

I sold my motorcycle last fall because I lost my health insurance and winter was coming. I sold it for several hundred dollars more than what I bought it for, but when spring comes around I'm going to want one again.

I wouldnt do it they are two very different toys. I will never be without a motorcycle. That said in an emergency such as losing my job and needing to pay the bill the cycle would be the first to go, but thats the only way.

Man, that's gonna hurt! Haven't had a bike in years, but as soon as I get this 68 done I plan on building one to match the car. Starting to get really anxious, in fact if I did more work on the car instead of doing bike plans I might actually be building it already!
