during the super bowl. Guess they forgot that kids watch the game as well...

Shelby drop, 4 wheel drum to disc conversion, rebuild front suspension/steering, taillight panel, trunk floor,302 and AOD upgrade, wiring harnesses back in, and hopefully only patch panels on the quarters

No doubt about that. We seldom watch network TV and now I remember why...

I agree 100%. This was the first time my 8yr old boy watched the game with me.
We made a big deal out of it and went and bought a bunch of junk food together.
I could not believe how many time I had to flip channels during the commercials.
Should have spent that time in the garage wrenching on the stang together.
We dropped out cable option last year and don't regret it one bit. That also means though that we don't get regular "free" TV, but that's OK too. I started to watch the game on the computer but got tired of all the junk associated with CBS coverage.
TV, like alcohol, keeps the masses sedated so they don't uprise.

Well, I actually watched approx. 3 minutes of it. I really don't watch TV at all--never have. Yes, I wrenched on my 68 Torino and accomplished something of value. I advise the couples that have children in my HOA to get rid of the TV completely. A few have heeded and their children are actually involved in and are interested in other productive endeavors. There is a positive difference. John--Las Vegas.
The halftime show was the worst. Beyonce was literally strutting around and taking her clothes off. Since when is the halftime show a burlesque show? Too bad the power didn't go out during halftime.
Although, I must say I thought Alicia Keyes did an amazing version of the National Anthem. Also, Jordan Sparks sang America the Beautiful with kids from Sandy Hook Elementary. That was actually very nice.
There was also a pretty cool Dodge commercial which featured a tribute to farmers by Paul Harvey. No, I won't buy a Dodge. But the commercial was quite moving. The Budweiser clydesdale commercial was good. Pretty much every other commercial sucked.

Yeah, I flipped the channel at halftime. Had no desire to see her perform...
And agree on the Paul Harvey narrated commercial.

My opinion too. Plus what was passed off as haftime "entertainment" Another sad example of jumping around , shaking & fireworks to compensate for inability t0 sing a note live.
