You know what man? my wife tells me all the time how ugly my car is. And i keep showing her thes photos of thes cars that I've found on the computer that look just like mine but fxed up like muscle cars. I think shes coming around LOL...
Hey Keith, this might sound like a dumb question but do you know if this 72' came with a console you know in between the bucket seats because when i got it it didn't have one. heck you would think all of them would have came with some kind of console wouldn't you.
hehe....all of my cars are projects with the exception of a '67 coupe that will soon make it's way to the crusher.
The VMF and some of the other forums are great places to collect info and suggestions (especially when you get to the point where something isn't working the way it is supposed to)
I can relate to the situation with the wife and kids....the time that I have to work on my car is very limited. I get 30 mins here...an hour there. It is very hard to make any real progress with that little amount of time. Good luck with your car.
Naw man, its not a wreck i intend on making it a quarter mile racer it needs some help its been setting for about 10 years it was give to me so i realy cant complain. yes it dose run it dose go in gear the brakes do work surprisingly. but it dose run like sh!@ and i will be looking for another engine I'm thinking a 351W or just redoing the 302 thats in it. I'm not shure yet the engine thats in it is a 78 model and i have a 3 speed manuel transmission for a small block. So thats what I'm working with I'm probably not up to standards with any kind of club or cars like yours but I'm working on it. i have a large settlement coming soon to sink some cash into it. But as of now i cant do but just so much and with kids and a wife that also slows the progress lol. anyway later.
