I was told to PM you by one of the other members, looking for the convertible inner structure for a 1966. Mainly the side drain channels and the quarter window panels.

I don't know if you remember me, but I bought a chrome air cleaner lid from you about a year or so ago. My email was I've changed jobs so my email has changed and I wanted to make contact with you again. Reason is I have some questions about changing my 68 from an auto to manual. Would you care to answer a few questions through email? I'm looking for some parts to do the change and was hoping you may have some on the shelf. My new email is

Hello! I am located in Lynchburg, VA. not very far from you! I have a 1970 coupe that I am attempting to restore. Its a bit of a basket case with quite a bit of hidden rust, was wondering if you would be willing to help me evaluate my options with it? Also I hear you are a good source for parts?

    Hi Chris,

I saw on your post profile that you're from Bedford, VA. I've been talking with East Coast Auto Source in Bedford about purchasing a 2012 repairable van for my wife. May I ask if you have any knowledge or experience with these guys? They seem like good folks, but with the amount of money involved and given all the car related stuff you do, I wanted to ask for your opinion.

If you do know them, would you be willing to share your insight please? They've also recommended a local shop called Joe's Collision Repair to do some of the structural stuff that I don't have the equipment to handle. If you know those guys, I'd appreciate any insight you might be willing to share about them as well.

    Thanks for your time,
    John Gerken

Been into Mustangs since I was 15. Still love the hobby after 23 years! Many great and rare cars over the years, wish I had some back. Still find time to tinker with them, when I'm not juggling work, projects around the house and family time.
