    Thanks, I'm using a Hobart MIG 140 handler for the welder. For doing the frame rails I had the voltage set at 2 and wire speed at around 50.

    LynnBobb can I ask what settings that you are using on your welder form the frame rails? And welder? I am going to do some welding on mine for the strut rod brackets. Thank you The car is looking good. Bill
