    Hey Chris,

I accidentally hit a key or something on the message I was righting you so I don't know if it got sent or not to you. So at the risk of repeating I'll start over.

I forgot about that. We had a house fire that started in the kitchen, that threw us a curve and disrupted everything big time. I had to pack all the contents in the house up that weren't effected and store them. Still have a lot it in boxes but I believe I know where your letter is. I'll get going on that shortly!

Anyway, we're excited about the new place! We'll have a lot more room, quieter life style (hopefully). We'll actually have room for guests to come and stay. The new house is nice. A little outdated but over all in very nice usuable condition. No real major work need to be done before moving in if you didn't want to. It's on 3.5 acres with a big barn, 38' X 58' IIRC, along with 4 or 5 horse stall, a tack room below which my wife likes, she use to own a horse and would love to get one again.

    Hey Chris,

Forgot about that. A little while after that we had a house fire, kitchen fire, that really threw us a curve. I had to pack literally everything up in the house before we could start to repair the house.

Let me find the letter, I think I know where it is and get going on it.

Yeah, we're excited about the new place. NJ is a tough place to live. The property tax rate I believe is the highest in the nation. All the local, county and state government along with the school systems have run a muck. Lots of corruption and mismanagement is to blame. Our new governor, Chris Christy is out to play hard ball with the support of the common person.

The place we intend to buy is really rice. Million dollar views, nice big barn, 38' X 58" IIRC and a nice deep 2 car garage in the house sitting on 3.5 acres all for $249,000. Taxes are $2644 a year as well with a first rate school system. Nice open roads as well. Looking to do a lot of MC riding! We expect to own the house by

Tom! I read an older post that you have new digs and are working on your Mustang again. That's great! Remember I own you a drawing still. Let me know the details and and I'll get it going for you.
    Chris
