Any handy local VMFers/Mechanics?

I am having a hard time finding a good classic mechanic to work on my Mustang engine 289 2v.

So, is there any local handy members or know of mechanics in the Eastern Panhandle (Charles Town,WV/Martinsburg,WV) area?

I just need help on timing/carb adjustments, hopefully.
