I bought the Spectra tank from them in February for $264.78 including shipping.

Their price seems to fluctuate...the pattern goes something like this: 1. Out of Stock 2. Back in stock at $360ish 3. "Sale Price" a week or two later at around $265. 4. Out of Stock. Repeat.

No need to apologize. I'll keep an eye on it. Funny enough, the 16 gallon tank is now down at $254. It's probably a good option for me. I can't see me putting more than 3K miles a year on it (I work out of town all week). At least the 16 would cycle through gas more quickly and still give me full trunk space.

I was just about to PM you on the price change. :-) I clicked "add to cart" and it added it just fine. This is the tank I bought and agree with you - I won't put that many miles on it, and will basically cruise around town and maybe a fun auto-x, drag run, or open track event - at a conservative 15 MPG average and 10% reserve, 16 gal will carry me over 200 miles which is plenty.

Let's cross our fingers on this one. Ordered today at $254. It went to $397 immediately after I placed my order.
