I am installing a line lok in the 68 and am planning on using the SS brakes adjustable distribution block.
Is it alright to mount the line lok before the distribution block?
My plan was to plum the front brakes from the MC to the line lok, then to the distribution block which then splits the lines to each front wheel. The rear brakes will go from the MC to the adjustable side of the distribution block then off to the rear.
Does this sound like the correct way to go about this?
David.

Sounds good to me...

My setup MC --> Line loc-->D-block--> both fronts

The rears go from MC-->prop valve--> to rear D-block

What you have to watch for is having the rear brake line still hooked up to the distribution block if your using it for the fronts as well...I had mine hooked up this way and when I applied the line loc and then released the brake pedal some fluid from the front side of the master cylinder would force its way through to the backside(since there was no longer equal pressure on the rears after releasing the pedal)..It would eventually overflow the rear resevoir on the master cylinder with fluid..I added a seperate junction block to take the front brake lines off of the factory distribution block...Or you could run a line directly from the master cylinder to the rears with a proportioning valve plumbed in.

Ya, I was worried about something like that happening with the factory block, which is why I am ditching it and using the Stainless Steel Brakes adjustable proportioning valve/distribution block combination.
