Z, my seats were non power so I can't tell you what kind of clearance you will end up w3ith. I suggest you flip the seat over and see if the power mechanism is below the seat rails, if it is you may have an issue.

With my seat in the position and tilt I like it at I have 36.5 inches from the seat to the convertable top. That dimension is measured with the tape parallel to and against the seat back.

Default reinforcement
