Default casting number lookup

I need help finding out what brake spindles I have. The car is a 69 coupe and it originally came with a 250/6, but when I got it there was a 302 out of a 70 Torino in it. It has drum brakes that I am going to change over to disks, possibly a conversion kit from Mustang Steve. I pulled the brakes apart and the spindles have a casting # of c6oa-3108f.
Does anyone know what these came from, I dont think that they are the originals, but I may be wrong. Any help would be appreciated

So with that in mind, What kit do I need to get ?? I have a set of 15" AR Torque Thrust Originals that will be going on the car so I am limited with the diameter of the disks.

Again, any thoughts and/or input is appreciated.
