Excellent score, especially for the price! Welcome to the VMF (and Mustang money pit) family! It's a great place to be!

I don't personally car efor white face gauges but I think those would be very much worth redoing properly. The fuel cell I think I would sell and get a traditional tank. B&M type shifters I don't like in a driver, I suspect your wife won't either. Somebody definitely put some money into the car, that's never a bad thing. I like it.
I agree 100%, the seller was very good about telling me the issues over the phone before I looked at it, he knows the guy who rebuilt the engine and trans and said the guy is a great mechanic but not the best at finishing touches.
He cracked the gauge housing putting it in.
I really do want to go over it well.

GypsyR,
I want to get rid of the Fuel cell and use a stock tank, it currently has an electric fuel pump (Holley I think) mounted under the car on a frame rail near the tank.

How would I connect it to a stock tank?

Coming from someone who owns a 67 Mustang with a 3 speed automatic, don't go back to it haha. I always wish I have at least one more gear when I'm driving it around. My goal is to convert it to a manual with a T5 some day, but I would definitely keep the 4-speed that is in it
