Default Camber eccentric bracket replacement

My camber adjuster bracket (square piece with ears bent up on each side) is hosed up from people trying to adjust it with the wheels on the ground. How is this bracket attached to the frame? How is it replaced?

It's pretty firmly welded to the frame. The easy way out would be to install a eccentric eliminators. With them you wouldn't have to worry about the ears being bent. They are nice to have anyway. I have had mine knocked out of place after hitting a good bump or pothole. Very annoying.
First eliminator kit I searched up-

Can't I just tack the eccentric in place?

Old school. Back before there were eccentric eliminator kits people indeed often tacked them into position.

If the bracket ears are bent, how is the eccentric eliminator held in place?

your "ears" would have to be VERY bent... flat almost to not work with the eccentric eliminator kits. just heat it up and gently hammer the ears back and bolt in a eccentric eliminator kit.

Got a picture? This will help us visualize how messed up they are. I'd try to straighten it up with some vice grips to straighten the ears and a hammer to get the bracket to lay flat. Then get the camber eccentric eliminators. Keep in mind those eccentric bolts don't hold an alignment for crap if you drive on some rougher roads. The eliminators lock it into place.

They do sell new brackets to replace your current ones. You'd have to get a spotweld driller or use a air hammer with chisel to get the old one off.

I am out of town right now. Ill post some pictures on Monday.
I do think they could be fixed with a torch. One problem is the tee sump oil pan limits hammer access.
Who makes the best eccentric eliminator kit? I notice some offer a finer range of adjustment
Opentracker seems to have the finest (5 position) adjustment

If you need to replace the bracket, Mustangs Plus sells them.

Our camber kit has 9 positions.
