After a couple of days I finally got the bumper to fit the way it should. I started out with 8 paint sticks on the side of the bumper and ended up with just one. I plan on keeping the steel one since this is my kid's car. Next I'll send it off to be powder coated and when I get it back I'll do the body work on it and get it in primer. Then we can make a fiberglass mold off of it.

Our first bumper will be delivered tomorrow. I'll have to make new brackets for the sides since it fits so much closer.

If you want to contact me please send me an email at hotrodmtf@gmail.com and not a PM through this forum. Thanks.

very nice, now how would you mount them to your bumper brackets if you are going for a smooth look with no bolts?

Very simple boys, we will furnish 4 flat headed elevator bolts that you will install in the factory brackets. Next you will center them in the holes and tighten the nuts down. Next dry fit the bumper to see how it fits then take it back off and apply structural adhesive to the top of the bolt heads. Let it dry overnight remove the bumper and apply more around the bolts. I'll make a video showing how to do it

We have a Mustang in that needs the front end taken off, so we thought we would dry fit our fiberglass bumper. It fit fine.
