How about a short 68 Shelby hood with louvers such as this but for a 68 mustang? how's that coming, is that still in the works? Last year you said that would be something for 2016.

The 68 is a bear to do, mostly because all of our hoods are lined underneath. Once this one is perfected I'll see if I can squeeze it in this year

Nice! Using the vents would also help relieve air pressure at speed.

Is this hood available to order yet?

1965 Mustang coupe, Poppy red with black interior, I6, DUI, Classic Inlines ALum head and intake, Clay Smith cam 264/264 110, Holley 390cfm 4bbl, Yella Terra 1.65 Roller Rockers, CI headers stainless with Jet-Hot ceramic coating, CI Stainless 2" impostor dual exhaust, Spectre Low profile carb hat, 4Cly T5 with Hyd throwout bearing, 17x8 Coys C-67 wheels, TMI interior,

Not sure how any other competitors are able to make this hood work with a latch, but if you look at the top two pictures you can see we have to lower the latch to get enough clearance. We will have to furnish a couple of spacer blocks and make the safety catch shorter in order for this to work. I think on my own build I'll just use the Quick Latch for a cleaner look.

I really wish I did not buy a hood from another company already. I am abut to start my body work. But I will be ordering the side scoops and rear valance in a week or so.
