Default Nightmare!

I have to tell you, from a long time previous customer of yours who used to live in florida and now lives in the UK I am going to great lengths to try and buy from your site but its getting long in the tooth.

1) Your photos don't enlarge, you can magnify just a bit of the part but really, a large photo would be a huge help. Especially when trying to match up a part
2) Your parts search section on the site is impossible. Try finding rolled tip exhuast ends. Put in exhuast, nothing, put in tip, nothing, put in ten other exhaust terms, nothing. you have to put in rolled which is the last thing I would think to put in, otherwise could not find it. Also if you are going through a list of searches, you really should not have to keep signifying that you are looking for mustang parts, Every time you have to slightly scroll up and tick the mustang box and then select. It sounds like nothing but do it 100 times while you keep searching and it gets maddening.
3) Still can't find cowl vent repair kits if you have them, put in every word I could think of. Used every term I can think of.
4) still can't find the inside detachable metal/rubber guards that go inside the front and rear fenders. Used every term I can think of.
Your guys on the phone are always great but should it not be a bit easier to find/view stuff on your site. I am not the only one who says the site is very hard to use, trust me.

You should have someone who has not used you before come in and show you how they get along with your site, I am sure you all know all the search terms and I should as well having had at least 10 vintage mustangs but really its driving me to the brink.

Rant over, Delete this thread if you like I just hope the powers that be read this post as I really have always liked your company and the folks involved

Peter

I use the old website and when you click on an item, it adds it to a basket on the new website. It also brings up a picture(s).

Took me awhile to figure it out.

That's good at least you figured it out earlier than me, because i really had my temper limit crossed when i was facing the same problem and i was just on the urge to smash the monitor into the wall, but Thank God it was saved.

I never updated. I ordered a few small bits and they came with a catalogue. I am in the UK so getting a catalogue was a bit harder than for most. EVERYONE should have this book. Excellent photos and makes life so much easier. Been speaking with JT and others there and two grand of parts are on the boat heading to me now. Sorted!! Cheers. Peter
