Anyone know this car?

I found this on CL in Maine: mustang needs nothing and has no problems. I am highly skeptical. I have emailed looking to get the VIN. unless the car is all tore up I cant see it going for under 10K as a 70 Mach 1. Thanks in advance.

That same ad was on our CL here in Idaho. Vague description, location not pinned down. If they don't have a phone number I typically don't bother responding.

Scam. All the indicators are there (or not there), depending on your viewpoint.

I emailed and he states he is military and has yet to send the VIN to me. He said his brother posted the add in many states. Pics look good overall especially if it is 9500. I smelled a scam but wanted to pursue to get more about it. The car is in Utah and he claims he is being relocated to AK and that is why he is selling the car.
