Looking for Eastern Sacramento body and upholstery shops suggestions

Title basically states it but for some clarification.

Car is a 68 fastback that needs a little bit of help. I'm looking to get it back into clean stock shape for use as a daily driver/Sunday driver. I'm not trying for any show quality jobs.

I'd like to narrow my search down to east of Folsom. Car is located in Placerville. But for the right quality and price, I'll consider dragging it over toward Rocklin/Roseville/Auburn/Elk Grove.

The trunk area will need the most help. It was rear ended in the 70s and a good from far job was done. Some light rust through in the trunk toward the front of the car. I'm looking for something better than a Maaco paint job but under the $30k pearl metal flake show jobs. I'm hoping for disassembled for paint. I'm hoping to get back to the stock Presidential Blue paint it had coming off the line.

The upholstery is somewhat in good shape. Carpet looks surprisingly good as does the rear seat. Front bench has popping seams as does the headliner. Again, I'm just trying to get back to off the line stock.

Car will be drivable for initial inspection but will probably be a rolling chassis for work(engine/trans removed)

I won't say I don't have a deadline or a budget but the timeline is a bitter tighter than the budget

Project on deck: 68' Mustang fastback aka Karma Kruiser : resto-mod
Project wrapping up : 71' Land Cruiser FJ55 with 6.0L LSx aka expedition rig
Project on hold : 72' Land Cruiser FJ55 with turbo 5.3L LSx aka insane rig

I just got my 67 back from painter. There's a couple areas that will need fine tuning but overall I'm happy. He did a little body work that came out good but not sure of his panel replacement skills. The guy is in Grass Valley and I'm in El Dorado Hills. You can swing by and check it out of you want. Lmk
