Default Cobra air cleaner new. $100

It wouldn't fit, so it's been collecting dust. The base is for a single carb.

Default 1968 mustang c code coupe

Thinking about selling my old school project,

Started out as a completly stock 68 C code coupe, had a 289 and a C4 trans with drum brakes all around and the deluxe interior and power steering with the "quick ratio" steering box.

Car currently has a full T-5 trans swap, all new front and rear suspension that is upgraded for handling, just needs to have a few more parts installed to have a very well handling mustang.

Has a front disc brake conversion kit, most of it is installed, new master cylinder, proportioning valve and calipers need to be installed still.

Theres about 4000 into the suspension alone and i have reciepts for it all.

Also will come with 17x9 and 17x10.5 FR500 replicas with toyo RA-1 race rubber. As this car was going to get autocrossed and open tracked. This is about 1500 worth of wheels and tires.

other parts still needing to be installed which will be included.
Maier Racing pan hard rod kit
Global west subframe connectors
Strut bars
RCD front bilstein shocks
ceramic coated Tri-y headers
Theres more parts just cant think of them.

The good, car was originally built in san jose, as stayed on west coast its whole life. and has been undercoated. also has edelbrock performer intake and carb. and petronix ignitor already installed in the distributor. Has not been registered in CA yet as i got the car from my mom with a signed title with no date so i wouldnt accrue back fees while doing work on it.

The bad, needs new dash panel, fuel level sending unit, and turn signal switch. has a small ding on rear quarter thatll need to be fixed. and needs an exterior paint job if staying same color. but the rest of the body is straight.

I drove the car box stock 350 miles from central oregon to california with zero problems so i know the motor is solid and runs well. That includes going over all the mountain passes.

With the price of the car and what i got into it are easily over 11K.

Looking to get 7K for it, which for a couple weekends of work which i have no time for will get you a corner monster classic mustang that would be a cool weekend car or driver as well.

Car will have to be towed away since the brakes are not complete, But it starts and runs and i can show you it will move under its own power.

If you would like any more pics of anything PM me or call or text at 530-588-4257

Default Wanted: 65/66 Steering Wheel Center Emblem

Looking for a uesd 65/66 steering wheel center emblem. It does not need to be perfect. I am going to use it on a repo pedal car that I am doing for my grandson to match his dad's car. I have the ring that surrounds it just need the center and don't want to pay $36 for a new one. Looking to spend about $5-10 or less. Going to use it to look like a gas cap on the tail light panel. I'll pay postage to Nor-Cal.

Default 5.0 1992 Parting Out or Selling All

SELLING AS A WHOLE OR PART OUT.
Posting this in case there are any VMF folks that are looking for a 5.0 donor for engine, trans, seats, etc.

1992 Mustang 5.0 Convertible.
One family owned, all paper work for every thing ever done available. Documents from original purchase from the dealer included.
All original parts except tires.
115,000 miles.
5.0 motor still runs strong just passed smog before the accident running super clean, the smog tech was amazed how clean it ran.
White exterior & White top.
Black Leather Interior(in great shape).SOLD
AOD Automatic Transmission.(OD slips all other gears work fine and have for 40k miles, just drove it locally so hadn't worried about fixing it, may just be servo cover originals tended to crack & leak and not hold enough pressure for OD to hold)
Pony wheels(1 with scratch).
Air Conditioning.
Power Steering.
Power windows.

The story is:
Car was recently rear ended. Would like to sell it as a whole but may part it out. For some one with the tools and talent it probably could be repaired. Main damage is to rear valance, driver side rear quarter, rear seat floor driver side, axle housing may be tweaked when tire was hit. Still starts and runs fine but not road worthy due to axle pushed forward when tire was hit. The car will need to be towed or I can deliver it within a reasonable distance for the cost of gas and my time driving from Santa Rosa.

A few pics are included here.
Send an e-mail with the list of parts you are interested in and the price range you want to pay. Send a phone number for me to contact you.

If you are interested in the whole car I will consider $2,000 or the best offer over that. This was a very clean nice car until some one behind was not paying attention.

nelsons565@yahoo.com Mention that you saw it here on VMF if contacting me.
