need some info on replacing a shock tower in my 70 Mach l, are the new aftermarket towers any good, and how difficult is it to replace one, can a regular bodyshop do it? HELP!!

It's not all that difficult and any body shop could do it but I doubt most would want to bother. You will most likely have to find a specialty or restoration shop in your area. Stick with an original shock tower if you can. Maybe one from a 6 cylinder car since they are usually not as abused.
