Called the mgr of Beaches today and they are not going to do the car show on wednesday's this summer. From what I could gather they have cut the size of their staff and can not afford to have the personel gone. She did mention that they would try to bring it back next year. Also Pearson Airpark was trying to get it done but she said she had not heard anything yet! It's a bad deal all around, that was a great weekday event!

Thanks for the heads up. I guess we'll have to figure another event or parking spot to assemble for an opportunity to BS a little and get to meet each other. The Pearson thing was nice for me. I don't do cruise-ins anymore because I just can't sit there for hours waiting for people to come by and admire my cars; I like to move around, look at the other cars, talk to and meet new friends, have something to eat and drink, and move on. The Beaches-Pearson thing was that in a nutshell. I hope either it comes back or the airpark itself revitelizes the concept.

Thanks again and I hope to meet you folks this summer!

Starting June 6th the Mustang Wranglers host a free cruise every Friday night in Beaverton at the Farmington Thriftway store. Pretty low key all makes of cars are welcome. Some nights there are 70-80 cars.

Darrel, if you make one of the Friday night events I hope to meet you. I've got a 65 vert that I am starting a front end rebuild this weekend. I hope to be ready for June 6th.
