I think I should have met with the guys in Portland instead. ::

I wanted to finish the weatherstripping on my 72 Mach 1 yesterday. As there were showers forecast, I needed to work in the garage.

My garage is a two car garage but with the 71 Mach 1 and 72 Mach 1 in there, space is tight so I decided to tarp the 71 and roll it out into the driveway. The 71 is just a rolling chassis right now so moving it is pretty easy by myself, especially with the downslope of the driveway to help.

Well... that downslope helped a little too much! I was pushing from the rear and my hands slipped on the tarp and I fell flat on my face. The 71 went rolling down the driveway(about 40 feet) with me playing Fred Flintstone trying to stop it. Unfortunately, the right front wheel went into the ditch and it ended up sitting on the frame rail with the right front wheel off the ground. But that wasn't the worst part. That was the fence post that kept rest of the car from going in. (It's a fairly deep ditch).

Now I have a radiator support bent back 45 degress on the right side :: Don't know if I can straighten it or will have to replace it.

It took two hours, my wife and kids, pickup and a lot of cursing :: to get it back on the driveway. Thankfully, I don't see any other damage. The only other thing hurt was my pride!

I'm sorry to hear about your doofus, with any luck you can bend the radiator support back.

I think if you scraped your face when you fell, this would be a true, official doofus (there was blood, a need for money, and damage to both car and pride).
