Is there anyone in the PNW that is going to Utah for the MCA Grand National. There is a large group of us in the Boise area that are interested in joining up in a caravan if so. Let me know and we can work out the details.
Thanks,
Brian

I have talked with Tom as we are in the same local club. Last time we talked, he didn't know of any caravans from Seattle or Portland and I didn't see any threads on here with that topic. I just thought I would throw it out and see who might be going.
Thanks,
Brian

We all planned on leaving sometime Thursday the 28th. Don't have a definite time of day yet. We may not all leave at the same time as some have kids in school, have to work, etc., but I have the entire day off, so I am pretty flexible as are some others.

I haven't made my reservations yet as I am still in negotiations on whether we will go or not. But my tentative plan would be to drive to Boise Wednesday and spend the night, then make the second leg of the trip Thursday. It would be nice to hook up with a group since I think we'll be driving the '65.
Most of the Boise area group plans to leave on Thursday, probably in the morning so as to beat the heat of the day for those driving classics without A/C. Our club meets on Wednesday the 13th, so we will work out plans of who is leaving when at our meeting. So those passing through Boise on Thursday, let us know here in this thread and we'll try to caravan together as much as we can.
The majority of the caravan from Boise will meet at Fuddrucker's at 1666 Entertainment Way (near the Edwards Cinema complex at the Cole/Overland I-84 interchange). We will be leaving from there at 10am on Thursday, August 28. Anybody coming through the area that wants to join the Treasure Valley Mustang caravan can meet up with us there. Feel free to PM me if you need more details!
