I saw the 65/66 picture on the website. Do you have any pictures of the radios in 67/68 cars?

Looks good. I noticed in the description it says that modification is needed for 67/68 console cars. What exactly needs to be done?

Thanks for the message TT, Here's the verbiage you're referring to:

"Note if you have a 67-68 with a console you will have to modify our brackets and order a certain mix of knobs due to the special nature of the console mounts, (here are the photos of our radio installed in a 68 Cougar: Install in a 68 cougar - a set on Flickr ) "

Please note:
any modification is done to our brackets, not the console, as our shafts are free floating, not like the competitor's units that have the shafts locked in a much larger radio body... this is great for vehicles that have vintage air or limited space behind the dash.

Here's a video of the install too:

Since the cougar & mustang consoles are similar this model should fit a 68 Mustang with console? RS-MODEL1B/C with RS-6773MSTKT Do I need a separate faceplate? Which knobs are you referring to? The Mustang style knobs?

thanks
Jim
