Default Help Placing a Parts Ad

Years ago, I used to place a lot of ads. However, for the last year or so, I have not been able to figure out how to do this. I find no administrator to contact. I can't find a "contact us button" or number to call to shot a question to. And I have contacted others who have placed ads, but they don't really give me any data. I paid my $5 through pay pal two days ago. I got confirmation of that payment, but now what? How do I place an ad? Will any one help this old fart with a step by step instruction? Otherwise, I will have to toss my parts. Please help, John. johncudgel@aol.com

If I may suggest, post this as a new topic in the general discussion forum. Not too many folks frequent this dusty little corner. A new topic, versus just tagging on the tail end of another (which I see you've tried) will catch a lot more eyes. As many helpful folks as there are her I can't believe you won't get the info you need. But they won't offer help if they don't know you need it.
You might perhaps state exactly what the first stumbling block seems to be.
If whatever unpaid volunteer in charge of switching on your five dollars worth has been sick, offline with computer problems, etc, then you may not be seeing an "add topic" clickable in the for sale section yet. I don't know who actually does that but I know they are human.
I have enver personally listed anything in the for sale sections so I'm afraid I can only be of limited help. But failing everything else, if you can't get anything going in a couple of days at most, contact me and I'll ring some bells for you.
I'm here every night. (OK, I'm human too. Sometimes my power goes out, I might score a heavy date, I could get run over by a truck, etc.)

John, since you're paid up you should just be able to go the the for sale section that is applicable and start a new topic listing your parts.

I can't find where you subscribed via the subscription mechanism (under Subscriptions at the top of each page). If you sent the $5 to me via PayPal, I can't find it under that aol.com e-mail address or by trying to find it by your last name.

PT me your e-mail address that you used to pay it and I can help get it resolved.
