Hardinsburg is alot of fun. It is pretty much an Outlaw track so not as strict as others. I will be travelling there with a large Ford group that I hang out with every weekend. Your car sounds nice, can't wait too see it. I think you will like some of the cars that will be there.
My car is in KY (LaGrange) while I'm deploying to Afghanistan. Can anyone recommend a paint shop in the Louisville area. I'd like to get this done by a reputable shop while I am gone. Let's say concourse driven quality just for reference.
I just traded for a 65 Mustang, Have not set in one of these since about 1985. Looking forward to getting this one lined out. About 6 years ago my 9 year old daughter pointed out a 65 Mustang. We were leaving Home Depot and they had a rod run in the parking lot. she is now 15.5 and ready to fight over this one.
First Mustang, 13 years after I had my last hobby car. -66 coupe 289, in need of everything. Hoping to pop in at the Frankfort meet on the 27th, as I live here. Unlikely to be in my Mustang though, as it's very much non-running at the moment.
