Anyone know a reliable machine shop in the Atlanta area that I can trust my 260 with? Preferably South Atlanta

Thanks

I'm, also 45 miles NE of Atlanta, south of Gainesville. Spring is here. Let's meet up.

Also, Quarter Mile Mustang in Braselton across from Road Atlanta is currently building a 331 stroker for my '68 Coupe. Build to be complete in late April, early May. They've made mods on my Shelby, but I haven't got the '68 built yet, so I can't comment. Knowledgable Ford guys.

I'm an hour and a half south of Atlanta. Just rebuilt my c4, but I'd be interested in your 289 when you are ready to sell. Just shoot me a pm sir.

I've been a little busy with school lately, but I'd like to get together and hang out! I was in Gainesville last weekend (gotta love that tax-free weekend!).

JJ, Flowery Branch, also. Atlanta Hwy and Gaines Ferry.
Seems like a few VMF'ers are pretty close. But, unfortunately like me, don't post often.
We need to connect and show the Oval in Bowtie land.

Norcross, GA, here. Yeah...being a few minute's drive from MU is definitely a curse.

Anyone know a good place to get some body work done? Also, who goes to Caffeine and Octane?

I go once in a while. I am in Cumming so it is a hassle to drive all the way to the Perimeter on Sunday especially if we take the CJ5. What I don't like about C&O is row after row of cars you can see any day at Publix. Seems like they pushed out the vintage cars to make room for checkbook hot rodders.

I agree. Once it moved to Perimeter Mall, seems like a lot of the older vehicles/owners thinned out. Went last month, but half the lot just looked like different car dealerships....30-40 new Camaros, 30-40 new Mustangs. All identical, except for color and wheels...

Seems like it gained more space, but less variety. Not sure it was a good trade off.

What about the Mitty in April?

I don't know if I followed up. Yep. Sold the Z and the Skylark. Got money or credit in the kitty but spent on other things. All in due time.

I go to C&E when I can but it's kinda boring when you consider most of the cars there are bank owned by guys with lots of debt. I like built over bought.
