Knotts Fabulous Fords Forever Show

Hey guys,
Is there a VMF group getting together this year for the show? I think my car will actually be capable of attending this year! lol

I'll be driving down from the Sacramento area. Every year I give thought to taking the 66 but always end up using the mach. I'm fine with a long (6+ hrs) trip in the old-school but the wife doesn't quite appreciate the non- a/c, seatbelt, airbags etc kind of lifestyle like I do, lol. It would be nice to put some faces to the posters that I feel like I know.

Currently in my garage:
1966 Ford Mustang Coupe. 289 V8 w/5-speed.
2003 Ford Mustang Mach 1 w/mods
1998 Ford Ranger Supercab Flareside 4X4
2005 Ford Focus ST w/minor mods (daily driver)
Hyundai...translation into english: Low credit score.
Toyota Tundra...So crappy, even Dodge outsells it!

Yeah, I've always managed to make it out to the show, but have never been able to take the Mustangs.

Just curious if there are many "unfinished" cars that register? I am planning to go and would like to park in the show but my car is far from finished. I was planning on just parking outside the show so it not a big deal if this is more of a "show car event"

Naw man, bring it on up. I actually usually enjoy looking at the projects almost more than the finished ones.

Definitely! There are cars in all kinds of condition. Don't worry about that at all.

A buddy of mine is bringing his 66 down from Boise. He has a Kaase Boss engine in it. It is a sick ride.
If you see it his name is John, say "HI" he is a super nice guy and loves mustangs.

you may see some, but no guarantees. Also, Mustangs of all years come to this show, so there could be foxes, SN95s, etc., for sale but no classics. It's really a crapshoot on that point.
